Center Text QR

QR with a short center badge like QR or SALE in the middle.

Marketing✨ New

This template places a short text badge in the middle of a QR code without requiring a logo image. It starts with the letters QR, a dark pattern, and a card frame. Use a brief label such as initials or SALE to suit your printed material.

Change the sample URL to your destination, then edit the center text in the generator. Keep the badge short and compact so it covers as little of the QR pattern as possible. Put longer instructions in the frame caption instead of enlarging the center badge.

Center text is a visual label; it does not replace the encoded destination. Test the exported design at the size you plan to use on a flyer, shelf sign, or card. If scanning is unreliable, reduce the badge size and use stronger contrast between the pattern and background.

Frequently asked questions

Is the center text the information stored in the QR code?

No. The center badge is decorative. The content controls determine the URL or other data that a scanner reads.

How much text should I put in the center?

Use a few letters or a short word. Longer labels need more space and can cover too much of the pattern. Use the frame caption for a full instruction or call to action.

How can I check that my text badge still scans?

Download the QR code and scan it with different phones at the intended display or print size. Reduce the badge if needed and keep the outer border and corner markers unobstructed.
