The service

Getaizenix QR provides a free, browser-based QR code generator, product label tools, barcodes, and related utilities on an "as is" basis. Features may change, be added, or removed without notice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you encode into QR codes, barcodes, and labels. You agree not to use the app for:

• Phishing, scams, fraud, or misleading redirects
• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Content that violates someone else's rights or applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You are also responsible for verifying that prices, product details, payment links, and destinations are accurate before printing or distributing codes.

Dynamic QR and hosted features

If you use dynamic QR links, analytics, or hosted business cards, you grant us permission to store and serve the configuration needed to operate those features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime for dynamic QR, analytics, or any server-backed feature. Maintenance, outages, or data loss may occur.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every QR code or barcode will scan on every device, that third-party payment apps will accept every payload format, or that analytics location data will be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Getaizenix and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the past twelve months (which is zero for free use).
