How to Generate Bulk Barcodes for Inventory

Inventory teams often need unique barcodes per SKU or bin location. Manual one-by-one creation does not scale — bulk CSV import saves hours.
Prepare your CSV
Use columns for product name, SKU, price, and barcode number. Leave barcode blank to auto-generate CODE128 values from the SKU.
Upload the CSV in the Product Label Generator bulk panel and preview before exporting PDF or PNG.
Print and scan test
Print one sheet at actual size and verify scanners read every row. Adjust label dimensions if bars appear too narrow for your printer DPI.
